Would you buy it

I don’t sell myself
Or do i
I’m just here to share
publish and bare all
for all to see
What if I told you something
Would you care

Insanity workout day 39. Sigh. My muscles are screaming, shaking and waving at me from within. Some muscles have started yelling at me of which I didn’t even know they existed before. And I didn’t even deem myself as that unfit. How wrong was I? For the first time in my life I am managing push ups. Month two does have a ‘no shit sherlock’ attitude to it which makes the first month and especially the week prior to this one childs play. Damn you Shaun T.
No recovery formula for me though. Healthy living it is in my own way (with the overdose on coffees during the day, the smoking, the occasional glass of red at the weekend and a healthy dose of crisps of course, oh, and the rare treat of dark chocolate, for that darker side of me.) You can make anything sound healthy if you just put the word healthy in front of it, you know.
I do want that beach body though. Badly. My body is changing. Pure muscles have replaced stuff where there was nothing before. Muscles are heavy though and my imaginary scales are going WTF? (along with the flooring - and my rug a.k.a. extra super large woolly mat, for that little bit of extra bounce and softness when you need it.)I never thought I could do this, or that I would actually enjoy it, but even after you are completely beasted, you feel energetic afterwards. I think Shaun T should make a contingency plan. For life. Dig deeper or forever hold your breath (but keep breathing people!)

When I first saw him on Big Mouth I deemed him as possibly the most annoying and hyper person I’d ever seen presenting. It was a ‘way in’ for this self-confessed fame seeker who put himself well and truly on the UK and USA maps of fame. Clever and witty at times but likes talking dictionary so ‘da kids dunno what he’s on about half the time, yeah’. Respect.
His love of language and sarcasm combined with talking dictionary causes a short mind freeze in some of the people listening who are then no doubt both bewildered and in awe. He certainly knows how the grab the ear of most listeners and the eyes of the beholder.
I saw part of the interview with Jeremy Paxman and he didn’t bewilder him, as this is neigh on impossible with a Paxman, but his expressive behaviour, passion, distractive chair wobbling and bottle lifting ever so slightly tamed his usual interview style.
Brand was right in a few ways but what are the consequences of his words? More people not voting meaning the older generation perhaps having the upper hand? He spouted out what needed to be said, like in so many of his comedy sketches, but Paxman was right in that he did not come up with any form of constructive anything pertaining to a suitable solution.
Yes, he is rich. Yes, he is being listened to and taken seriously. These people tend to have that influence. If he decided to become the next prime minister he’d probably get voted in. Luckily he’s a wise man. Popular Culture innit, d’ya get me? Wha-Effa, LOL.
